What? Evenings of Prayer for the Congregation and the Community
When? Every first Tuesday evening of the month at 7 pm
Where? at the Ward Hill Church of Christ the King, 63 L St, Bradford, MA
Why? To offer the congregation and the wider community an opportunity to pray for specific concerns.
How? Every month will have a different theme (though any need is always welcome). People may come to pray for others or to be prayed for themselves. People may wish to pray on their own or with others. Quiet sacred music will accompany the time of prayer.
Power of Prayer themes are as follows:
Oct. 5 & 6 – theme: prayer for the sick
Nov. 2 & 3 – theme: work/financial difficulties
Dec. 7 & 8 – theme: holiday blues/grief over loss
Jan. 4 & 5 – theme: hope for the New Year
Feb. 2 – theme: broken relationships with friends and family
Mar. 2 – theme: healing
Apr. 6 – theme: to be determined
May 4 – theme: to be determined
June 1 – theme: to be determined
