Ward Hill Church invites you and your kids to our Annual Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt and Egg Decorating Contest on Holy Saturday, April 23rd at 11 am. We hope it’s sunny, but we’ll have an indoor hunt if it rains. Come join us for a great time!

Palm Sunday Concert

We are pleased to invite you to Love Unknown, a Paschal musical concert on Palm Sunday, 6 pm, at Market Street Baptist Church in Amesbury. You will hear beautiful sacred music from the joint choirs of Ward Hill Church of Christ the King and Market Street Baptist Church. Do come! And bring friends!

Please stop by the church this coming Saturday, May 16th for our yard sale. There’ll be some good stuff to buy and food to eat.

The money raised will go to fund Pastor Alex’s missions trip to South Africa and Mozambique in August.

We invite you to our Holy Week and Easter Services this year. We also invite the kids to our Annual Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, 4/11, at 11 am.

April 5 – Palm Sunday Service at 10 am

April 9 – Maundy Thursday Communion at 7 pm

April 10 – Good Friday Observance at 7 pm

April 11 – Easter Egg Hunt at 11 am

April 12 – Easter Celebration of the Resurrection at 10 am

Reminder: Annual Meeting

Please be reminded that Ward Hill Church will have its annual congregational meeting this Sunday afternoon, January 25th. Between the morning service and the meeting, there will be a special dinner. All are welcome to the dinner and the meeting; you don’t have to be a voting member to attend.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service

We invite everyone to join us for our candlelight observance of Christ’s birth on Christmas Eve at 7 pm.

The service of lessons and carols will feature music by the Ward Hill Church Choir, the Ward Hill Church Children’s Choir and Christ the King Brass.

And just in case you are not in a hurry to get home, you are also invited to join us for a special Christmas reception in the vestry at 8 pm.

Christmas Caroling and Birthday Party for Jesus

On Saturday evening, Dec. 20, starting at 5:30 pm, we will be caroling in the Ward Hill neighborhood. After caroling we’ll enjoy some hot chocolate, tacos and a birthday cake for Jesus. Come and join us for this fun-filled Christmas event!

Children’s Day Cookout and Softball Game

We will have our annual Children’s Day cookout this Sunday after the morning worship service. All are welcome!

At 2 pm, please join us at Riverside Park to for a softball game between Ward Hill Church and King of Grace Church.
